What is this No-fix, No-fee all about?
If we are technically unable to fix the fault specified then we won’t charge you a penny! (please see Legal for more information).

What areas do you cover?
We cover the Cambridgeshire, Essex and Hertfordshire areas. If the job only takes 30 minutes, will I have to pay for the whole hour?
Yes, but we can give your computer, PC or network a quick health check or other minor activity for the rest of the hour.

What methods of payment do you accept?
We currently only accept payment by cash or cheque. A full receipt will be given.

Are you VAT registered?
Currently we are not VAT registered.

What experience do you have?
We have many years of real-world computer, PC and network experience with both home and business systems. Unlike many of our competitors who have only paper-based qualifications and minimal real-world experience.

What happens if the engineer is unable to fix my computer?
If we are technically unable to fix your computer, PC or network then you won't have to pay a penny.
